Terms & Conditions


A deposit of 50% of the invoice total must be paid to hold your event date.

Balance due must be paid in full 14 calendar days before your event takes place.

If your event date is 30 calendar days away or less, the total amount due must be paid in full to hold your date.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

You will have 3 calendar days from the date on your signed contract to cancel the services of Designer Backdrops by Events Chateau LLC and receive a 100% refund of money paid.

If your event date is 30 calendar days away or less, from the date on your signed contract, and you wishe to cancel, you will not receive a refund for any amount paid.

If your event is 60 calendar days away from the date on your signed contract, and you wish to cancel, you will receive a 50% refund of monies paid minus any special orders that may have been purchased to create your product(s).

If your event is 90 calendar days away or more from the date on your signed contract, and you wish to cancel, you will receive a 100% refund of monies paid minus any special orders that may have been purchased to create your product(s).

If there are any event date changes to contract beforehand and clients cancels after date change, initial contract  date will apply towards cancellation and refund policy.

By making your deposit/ final payment or and total payment to Events Chateau LLC on PayPal, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions above as it relates to Events Chateau LLC.
